Limitation of Liability

We and any Affiliated Party shall not be liable for any loss, injury, claim, liability, or damage of any kind resulting in any way from (a) any errors in or omissions from the Site or any services or products obtainable there-from, (b) the unavailability or interruption of the Site or any features thereof, (c) your use of the Site, (d) the content contained on the Site, or (e) any delay or failure in performance beyond the control of a Covered Party.

Dispute Resolution
The end-user agrees that any claim or dispute between the end-user and Dealpik.com arising out of or related to this agreement, this website, or any associated sites, or the purchase of any service/product, shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the "Courts of USA, United States of America".
Terms of Sale
The discount vouchers offered at Dealpik.com and its associated sites may be purchased from the participating merchants through Dealpik.com and can be redeemed in exchange for goods and services. The purchase of a voucher through Dealpik.com is governed by these terms and conditions:
These vouchers cannot be used in combination with any other offers unless specified otherwise by the merchant.
The frequency of redemption of the vouchers is determined by respective merchants and is mentioned in the voucher offer on the website.
The vouchers/coupons are applicable only after the merchant sells a minimum quantity of product(s). Merchant has the right to cancel the offer in such a situation and the payment will not be charged to the customers even if they have placed an order. This system has been implemented to protect the interests of the merchants at Dealpik.com. The orders that are placed before the sales reach the minimum threshold are kept on hold.
Only the merchant can allow the reproduction, sale, or trade of a voucher.
A voucher may be used only to purchase the merchandise sold by the respective merchant, and may not be applied to shipping or handling charges.
Only one voucher can be used per order unless explicitly specified by the merchant.
Dealpik.com and its registered merchants cannot be held liable for lost or stolen vouchers.
Expired vouchers may be redeemed by contacting the respective merchant.
Redemption of a voucher is conditional upon adherence to these terms and may be rendered void if these terms and conditions are not met.
The merchant shall be responsible (entirely or in part) for the injuries, illnesses, damages, claims, liabilities and costs suffered by a customer from the merchant’s product or service.
By using or registering on our website, you waive and release Dealpik.com, its officers, employees and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or injuries arising from or related to any act or neglect of a merchant(s) in connection with a voucher or the services/goods provided in connection with it.
Deal/Promotion Posting Policy
As a participating merchant at Dealpik.com, you are responsible for ensuring the correctness and legitimacy of the deals/promotions posted by you. While posting the deals/promotions you should ensure that they comply with the Dealpik.com ‘Banned deals/promotions’ list.
Dealpik.com does not allow any deals/promotions that violate or infringe upon any intellectual property rights, or may be used for illegal purposes.
Dealpik.com reserves the right to remove any deals/promotions that violate the “Deals/promotions Posting Policy” from its website without any notification to the member. Continuous violation of the ‘Deal/Promotion Posting Policy’ may result in suspension of your membership account.
Refund Policy
Dealpik.com will provide refunds for refund requests that meet the criteria outlined below. Once the refund period has passed, we will not provide refunds (unless your voucher cannot be redeemed because the merchant has gone out of business). If you have a poor experience redeeming your voucher with a merchant, please let us know and we will do our best to address your concerns.
Refunds for Vouchers issued for Goods and Services
Dealpik.com will gladly provide you with a refund for any unused voucher for goods and services you purchase from Dealpik.com, provided that we receive a request for a refund from you no later than three (3) calendar days following the date of your purchase. All refunds will be provided in the form of a credit to the account that was charged for the original purchase. Please contact us at at info@dealpik.com and include the name and email address associated with the account and the voucher number for the deal in question. Your request will be processed as promptly as possible, but may take up to 3 days to appear on your credit card statement. No other refunds for vouchers for goods and services will be provided.
